Sustainability Policy

Infinitus™ sees sustainable business and corporate responsibility as one and the same.

We believe you cannot have a successful business that performs financially without looking after your employees’ quality of life and ensuring you make a positive contribution to the community and environment around you at the same time.

People want to work for and with, organisations who Step UP and say, “Hey, we are small (in the scheme of things) but we want to make a difference”.

The way we see it, this is about making a positive contribution to people, planet and profits.

Our sustainability policy is a journey. We are small (in the grand scheme of things) but we want to make a difference and believe we can do our bit by adhering to a set of guiding principles and measuring our success in meeting our goals on a quarterly basis. Call it triple bottom line if you will. We call it our sustainable stepping stones.

Infinitus™ sustainable stepping stones:

People

Stepping up to our community responsibilities

Infinitus™ supports local community groups and national charities on uplifting initiatives that build esteem and maximise the potential of people.

Stepping up to our team responsibilities

We are on a journey to being an employer of choice and a finalist in the Best Places to Work awards.

We walk our talk and believe wholeheartedly in developing our people. We support equal opportunity employment, flexible workplace practices and professional and personal development pathways that assist our staff to meet their life and career goals.

Stepping up to our client relationships

We believe in creating mutually beneficial relationships which UP all-round organisational performance. Our policy is to develop systems that allow our clients 100% visibility of their professional development ROI and therefore prove the worth of professional development as a winning business strategy

Planet

Stepping up to our eco-responsibilities

Infinitus™ is on a journey to zero waste. We implement Ministry for the Environment and Sustainable Business Network guidelines and have policies around re-use and recycling, energy efficiency, transport and eco-efficient purchasing. We endeavour to have a sustainable supply chain and ideally purchase from organisations with CSR values in place.
Profits

Stepping up to make a dollar (or two)

Of course profits are important and to this end we have invested considerably in a strong brand and world-class methodologies. Our philosophy is to make this investment up front so that greater profitability results in our being able to return more to the community and planet in the long run.
